C. Speaking ill of the dead? SHAME ON YOU! I hope all of your decisions keep you safe. No one said she was so intoxicated she couldn't cross the street, so you must be psychic. Hitting someone could be an accident, but leaving her there to die is CRIMINAL and I am glad he is paying for his WRONG DECISION! How does a human being, who is not under the influence, not even know he hit her?

He is a typical redneck, dirtbag, worthless piece of human waste who has taken the life of an innocent person. He'll skirt through the "justice" system the same way he's skirted through life. I thoroughly hate disgusting trash such as this and wish him only the very worst that life can serve up for the rest of his days.

Obviously Rob is an expert on this particular case. Rob must be privy to knowledge that the rest of the general public doesn't have, to know for a fact that Mr. Houser is guilty.

What happened to "Innocent until proven guilty"? This was a horrible accident that took the life of a young girl. But don't sit there and point fingers at the man on trial as if he were the devil incarnate.

If you want justice, I suggest you seek out the owner of the bar or house she was coming from that allowed an underage girl to become so intoxicated that she couldn't even cross the street legally.

"I don't feel like I did it." So he just thought that some magical elf smashed the front of his truck? I can just imagine "I swear officer, I just came out and my truck was like this. I was just dismantling it to make it lighter and save on gas". Pathetic.

The fact that the maximum time he'll serve is five years is insane enough but if this trial takes more than two days, it's even further of an indication that the justice system is screwed up.
