I am from Boyle County but do not live there. This a very dangerous personal feud going on between Leroy and the judge. There is also a lot of politics that goes on in the county. Each should take the job that they get paid for seriously. There many out there who would work hard for a good paying job with benefits. There are also many drug and other criminal problems out there. The outlaws are having a field day with this, I'm sure. I hope reason prevails and no serious harm comes due to PRIDE. I know there is a huge area to patrol and even when men are available it can take 30-40 minutes for a response. I am a Wilcher, James good job, may cool heads contain & control.

More lies from Judge Exec - Beware of Boyle County!
We not only "did not receive protection" - They helped devastate us!
After we were illegally locked out of our business since Nov 9 then had 16 horses abused, tortured, two stolen and one die at the unclean hands of Judge Exec. H. McKinny and County Attorney R. Campbell and Sheriff L. Hardin and Animal Dir. Dan Turcia - who all maliciously and knowingly assisted the man who did this, we moved out of Boyle Co. We are now suing Boyle and others in Federal Court and have asked the KY Attorney General, Special Prosecutor and FBI to criminally charge Boyle Co. officials. We are also informing the national and international equestrian communities to be very carful when in BOYLE CO. and to avoid Boyle if at all possible, because there is NO LAW and one could loose their horses and business - which would then fall on deft ears. Public records; Federal Case No. 09-CV-13, US District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky & Boyle Circuit case No. 08-CI-571.

I guarantee that amount of money won't fund enough cops to patrol the entire county. And he couldn't appoint deputies, unless, of course, they quit and joined the county force. They can't do both. If they hire new officers, they'll have to factor in the cost of sending them to training, also.

I do not live in Boyle County but, I have extended family there.
That, I believe, allows me a voice.
This is no different than an MD refusing to answer his calls to a trauma unit. How would these officers like that?
