To do it on purpose would have been a different thing, and maybe she did? That is terrible even if it was an accident, yes it is, and that doesn't just excuse it, it means that she may have been inexperienced and made a mistake she must learn from. It means it might have been a stupid, very stupid, accident of some kind and she is now being vilinized over it. "A trooper and a social worker investigated and found that "someone" had...poured hot wax on his leg from the knee down" I stand by what I said, "A three year old is old enough to get things such as hot wax the mom might have been shaving with and do something like this to themselves if they had the right chance meaning it was on a low enough shelf?" If not and the dad seen it, then he is the good guy for reporting her I suppose? Perhaps he should have taken it away from her before she got it that far over his leg? That should be left up to the people involved. They should have asked the little boy what happened I think?
