RICHMOND — Kentucky State Police in central Kentucky have arrested a man charged in a double slaying from 2002.
Police say 26-year-old Neccolus Mundy was arrested at an apartment in Richmond early Thursday morning without a struggle. He is one of five people charged in the shooting deaths of 20-year-old Ryan Shangraw and 19-year-old Harold “Bo” Upton III in February 2002 in Lincoln County. Police say two girls in Shangraw’s home were wounded by bullets.
Mundy was indicted earlier this month on two counts of murder, two counts of attempted murder, robbery and burglary.
He did not have an attorney listed in jail records.
Four other men, Matthew Tolson, Jamarkos Campbell, Deonte Simmons and Charles Smith have been charged in the killings.
