Michael Ray Rice, 51, a therapist at Massage Oasis, located at 3150 Custer Drive, was arrested after police say a woman told them she was touched in a sexual manner without her consent.

The incident allegedly occurred as the woman received a massage on Sunday.

Third-degree sexual abuse is a class B misdemeanor punishable by up to 30 days in jail.

Court records say police set up a recorded phone call in which the alleged victim called Rice and he repotedly confessed and “asked the victim to forgive him.”

This makes one wonder if he did this or if in fact he was trying to supplicate her and calm her down. If he did it he sure shouldn’t have! Now can she sue the business for lots of money and which attorney will be the first to help her? Interesting tidbit, hope you follow it up.

Where is the evidence? What is the evidence? I didn’t think the police could arrest someone based solely on another’s word. This, so far, without any word of any evidence sounds like he said she said.

The article stated there was a recorded phone call which obviously means he admitted guilt, therefore that is EVIDENCE!

I’d love to hear the phone conversation, it sounds like fear, entrapment, and him not knowing he was being recorded to me, I know that people think spying and setting people up is okay now, but it surely didn’t use to be!
