Doctors do make mistakes, they absolutely do, I have had several people that I have loved in my life die because of doctors mistakes or be injured in some way. I know that doctors make mistakes and everyone hollers frivolous lawsuits, my god does anyone really understand how absolutely hard it is to get a lawsuit going in the first place. Unless you have the money to pay for it and then the lawyer might not care if you really win or lose, but poor people have no way to defend themselves. No lawyer will take a lawsuit on contingency unless they are absoultely 200% sure it is a winner and some easy money for them. That is just the truth, but doctors make mistakes all the time, they just generally don’t get held accountable for them for one reason or another!

We do deserve a trial and jury by or peers, but when a doctor after careful examination states for God and the whold world to see that the type of injury the little girl had were not able to be identified as an injury from a fall, that only leaves one other conclusion to come to. It is my belief that we as adults not only have the responsibility but also should make it a job to make sure all children are protected. If this child had been protected, and someone in the family had spoken up sooner about the “rough” handling the child was receiving, this would have been avoided and a beautiful child with her whole future ahead of her could have been spared, I agree with the first commentor, FRY!!!!!!!

Wow …. a little quick to pass judgement? Don’t we have the right to a trial and jury by peers in this country. I’m sure you’re from the south, but the lynch mobs went out along time ago, Jethro.
