It's highly unlikely that something like this would go undetected by a healthcare provider in doing whatever kinds of background checks they do. If nothing else, a healthcare provider could ask the club manager, why this minor wasn't signed up for SCHIP. That would at least have alerted the strip club owner that he should do some further checking into the identity of an employee. Stripper club owners should have to provide full healthcare benefits to all strippers.
